What test site is that, what happens if you use a site like http://www.speedtest.net/

The other test site was http://www.numion.com/

Upload: 60kbs
Ping: 96 ms
Distance: ~200 mi

is the issue just affecting certain areas or certain modems etc?

That site has a lot of data and now I have tried I can understand the above post.

I would recommend you calling Tech Support as those figures are low for a 20Mb connection and need to be checked out.
