Isn't tech support free now???

I'm sure I got a letter or e-mail saying they're dropping their 25p a minute charge and you can either call an 0845 number or just 151 for tech support???
I just called 151 and it tells you to call the 25p a minute number?

It doesnt go free, it goes to a local rate number, prob 0845. Still better than 25p per min though.

Re: Isn't tech support free now???

It is free from a VM land line via 151.
It only costs if you call via a different connection, Ie BT or mobile phone.

Re: Isn't tech support free now???

You could always try putting the 0845 number in here to see if it brings up a local or freephone number
