Box hanging off the wall

Hi,

I am not sure where to post this, so thought I post it here.

Anyway the brown box is hanging off the house wall, if I call VM will they do it for free ?

Hi,

It has pulled the raw plugs out with it.
If it pushed back in, it just comes off the wall again

? do you mean that if you put new raw plugs in that it comes off of the wall again or ?

Sounds like your on about the box outside but ......

For info the Screws used on the Telewest / Virgin Wall Boxes usually fitted on the inside of your house are called 'System Zero'.

Here is the data sheet for them :
