Hi,

I am not sure where to post this, so thought I post it here.

aye all that you need to do is screw it back onto the wall, its not rocket science.

Hi,

It has pulled the raw plugs out with it.
If it pushed back in, it just comes off the wall again

Sounds like your on about the box outside but ......

For info the Screws used on the Telewest / Virgin Wall Boxes usually fitted on the inside of your house are called 'System Zero'.

Here is the data sheet for them :

http://docs-europe.electrocomponents...6b80b458f2.pdf ;)

RS Components sell the Screws and the Screwedrivers for them ! ;)
