Hey, I'm having trouble too!

That Microsoft thing really didn't help at all <cough>
Ringing up Virgin didn't help either, couldn't understand what most of the people on the other end of the phone were saying...
I have it running through a set-top box atm, but a modem is on its way!
Any ways around this problem, because I just purchased an Elite and it's just sat there looking all sad and live-less =[
Please help!
