Hi, having netgear trouble since internet went down 2 days ago. Other half sorted our main pc but on my laptop (advent 7201) netgear is showing but won't now allow me to connect . Also our shared printer is now not found! Any suggestions will be gratefully recieved.
If your connecting wirelessly you need to check your authentication is correct too. Might be worth doing a factory reset on the router and check things like proxy settings etc. Can the laptop get to the router and log into the setup screens?
