Intermitten issue

Hi,
In the last couple of weeks, my internet has been working horribly. It keeps disconnecting after every 30 minutes, sometimes after 5 minutes. Is there anyone can help me to solve this problem. Thanks in advance.

A bit rusty on this modem but there is a section i think its signal levels this should give the upstream and downstream .At a guess it could be the modem if the levels are ok Do you have cable tv ? and if you do ,do you have a samung box or v+ box if the bb goes down does the light on the samsung flash or the online light on the v+ go out ?

Re: Intermitten issue

192.168.100.1/gscan.htm (if htm doesnt work try asp)
check the starting frequency

if its anything other then 331000000 then delete whats in there and put it in

then click the button to restart your modem

then reboot pc and modem.

(you'll need to remove any routers ur using before u can get onto that site)

let me know how u get on
