We cant really help without knowing how the SL website responds to firefox

Nope - I've run all the usual spyware stuff... but this is happening on 3 pc... not just 1

No... I haven't used firefox - I don't have it... all 3 pcs use IE
Perhaps it's catching? Infect one infect them all?

can you tell me the web address of the login page you use ?

When you type your customer ID/password it then opens a popup which has the banking info in... it's this box that is taking ages to load fully and from there you do your banking... except I can't because it times out

Well that URL works in firefox but not konqueror....

Please download and install firefox as we have been trying to get you to do....
