You will find we have some realy good NTL members of staff on these forums who help customers in their own time from home. These members go beyond the job specks to help and I feel they should be shown a degree of respect more so for having to work for bosses who can't be bothered if the customers have a service or not aslong as their bonus is large and ontime.
Please show our members respect and they will help you out when you need help.
