Vandalised green cabinet
 

Cause I can't be bothered to wait for hours on the phone then get connected to some chimp and given another number to phone etc etc; does anyone know who to inform of a rather ill looking green cabinet (exposed cables etc) in Theale RG7 ?

sorry to be so basic but I'd would say NTL customer service 1st you might be lucky in get quick answer give it 20 minute wait & see

...and in other news....

I went out this morning to replace my dodgy freeview box and noticed the green cabinet (don't know if it's ntl or bt) at the end of the street was taped shut with brown sellotape :)

Providing the half brick is an NTL way of 'giving something back to the local community' in this instance the local chav population. Once again no cost is incurred by NTL (for passing on to the subs or upsetting the delicate balace sheet for the share holders) on providing materials, the half brick probably came of a nearby skip</:rolleyes: >
