Yes however it's something that I and it appears quite a few others(according to the agent) can't do. You go to register, enter e mail and password, it can't confirm. Use another way, says its will send confirmation to e mail. That never arrives

it is a reported incident.
Need to add that I had it the past followed the new login. This all started at the same time a broad band problems. However it's been flaky since the change over.
