When you type your customer ID/password it then opens a popup which has the banking info in... it's this box that is taking ages to load fully and from there you do your banking... except I can't because it times out

However when I tried it with firefox I got the usual invalid username pass etc stuff
What version of Internet Explorer are you using ?
