well today I got my new SACM installed engineers job was 10 out of 10 turned up early and even phoned me to make sure I was in now when I sorted this out 2weeks ago a nice lady called wendy phoned me back with regards to the installation and took bank details for the DD when I come today to register it I counld'nt so I phoned NTL and spoke to some guy did'nt take a name as I did'nt think I would need to he told me I would have to wait for the batch of registrations to go thought as they are done in batchs if it did'nt work I would have to phoned back after 1:30pm to find that the DD details had not be done at all
so I would like to know what the hell happened to the details I gave wendy 2 weeks ago
