Weird Items on ipconfig

Weird Items on ipconfig

Since a couple of days ago when i ran a speed test i notice two like different itmes at the bottom along with my normal local area conenction adapter (see below tunneling interfaces) they have weird ip address and have never had them before could any one tell me what they are and if i have ne reason to be concerned

Ne help would be appreciated

Have you ran Windows update lately ?

Check this link i found and see if it makes sense?

Seems to be the new IPV6

If i remember correctly they are related to having p2p networking installed... but my memory doesn't always serve me very well :pp
