I did do a search in this forum & got zero results on this topic, I thought this would make an interesting read. (only time will tell)
Malicious hackers & vandals are lazy & wait for M$ to issue patches before they produce tools to work out how to exploit loopholes in Windows, say experts
The vulnerability was discovered by Eeye Digital Security in July 2003 but no exploits were produced until 3 days after M$'s patch became available
