This is my first post here and I am hoping someone can give me some advice.
Game: Counterstrike 1.5
Connection: 1MB NTL
Can someone give me the ideal rates for such things as:
cl_cmdrate
cl_updaterate
rate
For the above connection? They were once posted in the old forum and I did save them. However, after a bad harddrive forced a reformat and the demise of the old forum I no longer have them, only default settings which are giving me massive amounts of Choke ie: 12 - 20 and Loss: 1 - 12
FWIW; before anyone says anything. Yes, I am aware there is an updated version 1.6 and that soon the 'old' CS will be a thing of the past etc. etc. Just in case anyone should feel like 'enlightening' me
