does anyone have a postal address or email address I can write to to complain about my bill, and being lied to by CS about how much my bill will be, and then finding out I'm paying double that (all the usual NTL nonsense)
Is there someone high up in the chain of command I can contact?
I'll give the CS one last call tomorrow and ask for money back on some charges that have been raised against me, failing that I will ring OTELO. I've had enough of being treated like garbage, and being nice and pleasant doesnt get you anywhere.
If my experience is anything to go by, phone calls, contact forms, emails and even letters to the address given to me by CS doesn't seem to get any response. Its like a transformer sucking up all correspondence and regurgitating it as more bills.
