please help

im wondering if someone can please help me.i have had problems over the last 6 months with overcharging(double billing)since i moved.just like to say never had a issue with ntl until this happened and ive been with them over 2 years.every month i had had to ring them to arrange my account to be credited back to normal,because of this my digital tv got sent back n cancelled.as that was the main culprit,but i decided to get rid of my telephone as all i get from ntl when i ring about getting my account transferred to new address, is ring house movers dept, its stuck in space or whatever they call it.i gave my notice last month for the telephone and broadband,and was given the dates 11th for bb and 14th for the phone.its 14th today and still on,i rang customer services and surprise surprise i have to ring home movers,as im still (forgot the term they said)its stuck in space or summit been saying this for 6 weeks nearly now.looks like they are not gonna disconnect me.what can i do apart from ring ofcom as i have nothing but hell over this.even rang retentions and spoke to someone there and someone would ring me back.never did.does anyone here work for ntl please and that would be willing to help me and answer these questions

1.am i on a ntl s*** list where i ring up and there is a note on my file to basically ignore me and tell me my account is stuck in limbo.

2.why does it take so long (if it really does) for moves and transfers to do stuff you ask them to do,and give you the same answer everytime you call

3.can i ring direct bypassing customer services please to speak to ntl at head office is this possible.

please can someone help me im at end of my tether.i even broke down on line to an ntl advisor after been transferrred to 5 different people about a month ago
