Billing

Hi all

I paid my bb bill last month by direct debit, this was my first bill. They then sent me next months bill 16 days later saying the payment was due imediately. Is this what they do?

I have since cancelled the direct debit as its not due till the 20th of this month and there not having it before then. I also want to see what my tv/phone bill is like before paying it, as im surposed to get some discounts.

When do you get your bills?

Thanx

Re: Billing

Your direct debit normally comes out of the account around 14 days after the bill is produced.

I thought under the direct debit guarantee they have to give you 10 working days notice before taking the funds from your account?
