I'm in Leicester and my Broadband keeps going off, All the lights on the modem stay on and if I leave it for about 15 mins it will come back on or if I reboot the modem it's ok again for a while. Is anyone else having this problem or should I call Tech support?
It'w worth calling tech support. They can check if the modem is getting the right signal levels, and stuff. It certainly shouldn't go off on a frequent basis.
