Arrow Help with Belking wireless g router

hi, all the lights on the router are on, but when i try to find a connection on my laptop it won't find the network on my laptop. please could someone help me, what have i done wrong?

Silly question perhaps - you do have your laptop's wireless adaptor enabled? You may need to reboot your lappy between unplugging and wired connection and going wireless.

Do you know that wireless is running on the router?

Problem fixed, wireless was enabled, i gave Belkin a call and they helped me out which was quite a surprise. Thanks Rob.

Lol well i gave NTL a ring and they got a technician to come around. The problem was you both the MAC address on the ntl set top box was not being picked up by the router, so i did'nt need to pay
