Oldham network probs 09/05

seems to be some network probs in the oldham area, i cant access newsgroups i hear loads of people all over oldham have lost tv/phone/net in various ways.. anyone know what the cause is ?

Have you reported it to tech support?

NTL are atrocious at a lot of things but if you don't report it first they
can't blame your PC instead of fixing it. Besides the normal BS if enough complain they will fix it then but if only one calls its the PC at fault..

Normally a temp fix is done to retore service asap, then its assessed for it to be replaced. Unless its in london, in which they will have to wait weeks for the local council to give permission.
