since you don't seem to be able to email Telewest, I was wondering, I will be moving into a cable area next week and would like to get one of their packages. Do they give specific times of the day for installations, and / or do they do Saturdays?
Services: Virgin for TV and Internet, BT for phone

I don't think Telewest give specific times, but they do give a range of times they will be there (say, from 8 till 12). Not sure if they work Saturdays, but I think they do.
