Telewest Dial Up

Hi,

Hope someone will be able to help me with this.

Started to install telewest software for dial-up and the program crashed halfway through - but enough to store files in the Start Up menu as on log on I am prompted to install the software via the wizard.

I've searched the hard drive to no avail, as well as investigating the registry.

Any ideas would be most helpful

Thanks

Re: Telewest Dial Up

Try installing it again the same way you did before. If you still have problems try uninstalling it using the Add/Remove Programs feature in the windows control panel.

The wizard it is referring to is the installation program - a wizard is simply a series of screens giving you information and options with back and next buttons.

Re: Telewest Dial Up

Thank you, but as the software does not install correctly it is not listed in Add/Remove Programs

I've searched the hard drive etc. but I do feel a regedit would solve the problem.

Any ideas?
