About 10mb...

Hey, I was surifng the ntlworld website today and i came across this http://www.ntlworld.com/toolsservices/forms/stb/

It says that samsung stb if you really need and need is emphasised, 10mb then you need to upgrade your equipment. But what would the upgrade be to... a new set top box or modem? Thanx!
