1571 problem

my 1571 service seems to switch itself off,i have had a few calls in the week whilst out at work but no messages left so i checked 1571 and was introduced to the service,i've had the service or so i thought for months and have been retrieving messages without any problem,if i dont check for messages does the service deactivate does anyone know?

any help appreciated

Not sure if its deactivated, but mine has gone missing too. I've has the service for 4 years, and the other week it just vanished

I had a similar problem but mine was suddenly asking for a password and box number.
Eventually got it sorted out after 3 long phone calls to repairs. Seems like somebody had changed some of the settings so they had to be reset.
