BT picks Philips for DTT and IPTV box

From Digital Spy, BBC, et al...

What annoys me is that the guy they just had on BBC News 24 from BT (BT Retail CEO Ian Livingston, quoted in the DS story) said it was a world first! Huh!?? Has no-one told him that ntl & Telewest have been doing VoD for months, and companies in the US have been doing it even longer?

Yes indeed - although not having used the service, I can't comment on it!
