Swansea proxy problems

Yet again the swansea proxies are crapping out, pages time out, slow load of pages, page cannot be displayed etc etc.
Switch to leeds proxy and all works great, all sites load very fast.
Did try cardiff proxy but that had similar problems.
It really is disappointing to have a High Speed Internet connection that cannot perform the simple task of connecting to a website and displaying it.
All the talk of superfast internet with the 10mb upgrade, lol, bet the same old proxy problems will persist.

Re: Swansea proxy problems

The Leeds proxies are (normally) very good, so you could always stick to that?

To be honest, if you're a customer with any sense, you'll know that you can change proxies and sort the issue out. If you couldn't change proxies, that'd be a different matter.

Re: Swansea proxy problems

I do know about changing proxies but find it annoying that this is necessary, and today it just got to me what with cycling through all swansea proxies just to get to a website. This is a known issue that ntl will never resolve.
