Anyone ordered from these

The service was set up great but the phone adapter has not arrived. I have
sent 4 emails and rang CS 2 times. Each time I was on hold for 42 and 47
minutes before I gave up

Anyone else had these problems?

No, I've signed up for Vonage so I'll see how that setup works.

I'm on sipgate - I wanted justdial but they dont do online billing yet.

which means you could end up getting loads of calls you dont recognise/a shock at the end of the month! they email you your bill which I think is antiquated.
