NTL Jerrold Analoge Settop Box.

Not sure of correct area but I recently moved this box (up a shelve) and unplugged it to do so. I plug it back in and now all the channels are totally messed up? Sky 1 on channel 20?

It's been like that for two days and im getting abit concerned.

Did I do something wrong or do I have to enter a reset on the remote?

I was going to call NTL but the thought of waiting several hours on the phone doesnt make me smile (been there done that.)

my sky one is channel 30 but i have a different stb

i'm sure a wiser more experienced person will help soon

You can re-arrange the channel order on the Jerrold STB if i remember correctly, when i used to have Analogue (C&W) Sky One was on 16, perhaps it had been set in a specific order and unplugging the box and moving it reset the channel order.

I cant remember to be honest, we got digital as soon as it came out so its been a good while since i had it but im pretty damned sure you could do it.
