Some humour comes out of the atrocious Virgin customer service.

Just watched Saturday nights edition of the Jonathan Ross Show, which included the singer Myles Smith.

He was asked how he felt when he unexpectedly heard his music eg coming on the radio or in a shop. His answer tickled me when he said "Sometimes it's good and it makes me feel part of it, but the experience varies. I had to ring Virgin and they put me on hold for an hour and a half. When the hold music started it was me and I thought for God's sake and I hated myself"
