VM Compensation payments

Question ❓ if you or I get a compensation payment from Virgin, is in in the form of a credit on your account or "cash" payment to your bank .

Re: Jason ukuk1 raises related ? . Nothing to do with him .

It is offered as a credit on your account, obviously that is what VM would prefer as they get to keep the money for longer and earn interest on it.

You can insist on a full and immediate payout but that is done by them sending you a cheque; which, of course is just a further delaying tactic.
