Re: Moans and Pet Hates
The most overused sentence by Three
“We apologise for the inconvenience”.
Well then! That makes everything ok!

I don't think they are on the ball. There's no mention of SMS which is still working.

Re: Moans and Pet Hates
I dont use them (directly anyway).
My backup internet is ID Mobile, which I believe uses Three's network.

Since my use is Data only, it appears I'm unaffected.

Re: Moans and Pet Hates
Nope. Something about PSTN, Public Switched Telephone Network.
999 doesn't work neither.

Re: Moans and Pet Hates
Yes and in the coming months customers were to share networks.

Re: Three Outage
Service is as normal again since yesterday evening. I had to restart one device to receive incoming calls other than that no issues.

Re: Three Outage
Three customer service is shocking. Broken promises and not having a clue. The CEO office is good though. I've had the pleasure of receiving callbacks from UK staff who deal with the issue at hand and some to be fair.
The actual service, data, calls and texts overall is good. I hardly have issues and I'm next to a mast.
