I think that Sky Cinema customers get Paramount + at no extra cost anyway, but this offer looks to include some customers on a standard plan for a year:
I still have Paramount+, almost a year now since I removed Sky Cinema.
(I didnt even pay for cinema either, it was a two month free deal, which I cancelled).
