150M : Big Kahuna 100

Just noticed the Big Kahuna now comes with 100BB rather than 200, not sure when this happened, if your not needing faster BB might save a quid or 2.

Probably because the old Big Kahuna with broadband reduced to 100mb was cheaper than Big Bang with tv increased to XL by about £3.50 per month for exactly the same package. It looks like they have done it to bring the prices in line with each other.

I had an email about upgrading to the big Kahuna which I have know done today I was on the Essential Family Collection bit of a no brainer £1.32 extra to double my broadband speed . was upgraded to 70meg a few months ago so am I right that I should get 150meg Hope my superhub 1 will be ok with the speed increase .

The 150Mbps tier is only available to customers that are already on it or ones that were on 100Mbps before 24/11/15 and got (or are getting) a free upgrade to 150Mpbs as part of the 2015/16 speed boost programme. If you change your package the only tiers available are 50Mbps, 100Mbps & 200Mbps. Anyone who agreed a new deal with VM after 24/11/15 is not eligible for the free speed boost upgrade.

Looks like as well as reducing the speed on the BK bundle, all bundles are now 12 month contracts when before they were 18 months.
