Can you check my power levels ?

Im on the 152Mbps package and have good speeds.

I notice a few people have been asking about there own power levels to check if they are ok ?

A few posts I have seen are showing negative power levels , where as others are showing higher.

Could you check mine and see if they are ok ? Thanks

Target is 0dB, so yours a bit high, easily fixed with an attenuator if its a problem.

You should watch those T3 timeouts

Thanks for your reply.

What problems would it cause when its a "bit high" ?

There is a HDU-400 (?) connected in the cabling from the white box on the wall inside the house , from there the cables either got my TIVO and my Superhub 2ac

I'm not sure you need that HDU 400.

Your upstream power is too low, your downstream a bit high.

When VM came to install it (property had brown box on outside of building), I wanted the service at the other side of the property.

They came and clipped cable around the property and connected it up. They said there were a few problems with the signal , because my TIVO wouldnt lock on(?) even when they added the HDU 400 onto it. The guy said it would need a new cable pulling in and they would get onto it the following day. I wouldnt be in but they said they didnt need access to my home.

The next day came and went and I could tell they had been as there were small bits of snipped off cable outside the front door near to where the little black access point is in the ground outside my front door.

TV services seemed fine after that and my speeds are also ok , but obviously the HD 400 is still connected and I get the results above.

Do I need to call them back out to remove the HD 400 and put back in one of those T splitter things ?

Thanks for your reply

It's up to you, you don't need the hdu so it might be nice to get rid of it
