Hi,Okay my youngest has just stood on the remote and snapped it clean in half.I have a samsung V+ HD box.I have seen some remotes on ebay will these be okay or do i have to get one from virgin and maybe have to wait a while.Many thanks.

When I phoned VM to say that my remote was giving up the ghost, they sent me another one free of charge immediately. I don't think ebay will do it quicker than VM will and you will have to pay if you use that method.
