Recently back on VM Landline and.....

Well, 2 weeks after getting my Virginmedia Landline connected and I'm getting phone calls from "Albert" the very Indian sounding technician from "Windows" to inform me of a problem on my machine. This seems to be a problem for Virginmedia.

Also do they think that by saying "I'm calling from windows" is believable? Windows is not a company lol its a operating system.
