Mobile & International block

Hi all, I have the block on my phone where you have to put a code number in before you dial mobile or international numbers. I don't need this on anymore, but have forgotten how to take it off. I'm nearly sure there's a way to do it by putting another code number in, but can't remember where I put it.
Does anyone know the number, or how to take it off? TIA, WWAS....

Thanks for the info, I'll have to ring VM as I'm in the red zone.
