SD : Samsung Box - No 'Now and Next'

I noticed yesterday after switching the box on that the Now and Next guide on our Samsung box has disappeared. Have restarted the box a handful of times but to no avail. However, the EPG 'Guide' works as usual and i can't see any other faults with the box.

Is this likely to be an issue with the box, in which case i'll get VM on to it? Or have i missed something simple like an option in the settings that disables it (had a good look but can't see anything)?

There is a setting for how long to display it on a channel change. You may have set this to zero accidentally.

Does it display if you press the 'tv' button? (Or do you mean the N&N bar displays, but the guide data is missing?)
