Upgrade from 20mb to 60mb
Any advice would be appreciated I have today upgraded to the superhub to enable me to take advantage of the 60 mb upgrade. How long is it before the new 60mb speed becomes available? I have noticed the upload speed has increased to 2.84 mb.

It becomes available as soon as your modem says it is.
Check your modem to see what speed it's running at.

why dont you do a speed test: http://www.speedtest.bbmax.co.uk
and share the results with us. Maybe you're already on 60Mb.

50.25Mb is decent, although i get 62-63Mb. Try again in an hour to see if you're getting any closer to the advertised speeds.
Use the same site as i dont trust speedtest.net very much.

Thanks for the advice. With speedtest you can try umpteen servers and get a wide variety of results.

Just done a few more speed test and I seem to be averaging out at 47mb download and a steady 2.8 mb upload.

Again, what does your modem say you're on? That's the 100% accurate way of telling.

If he's getting above 50Mb speeds there is no chance he is still on 30Mb and a very high chance he's actually on 60Mb as thats the speed he requested to be upgraded to.

Could be on anything from 50 to 120. No point in guessing when it takes 10 seconds to find out with 100% certainty.
