Slow Speeds

I'm on the 20mb package from VM and have been for some time.

Recently I noticed in the evenings my conection would slow down. Heck it would still be slow outside of evening peak times.
Like slow around midnight to!

I know I can pull the normal 20mb sometimes in the day.

But this is proper taking the ****

I have not reached any of the cap limits and even if I did they should have ended by now!
So far according to my router logs in the last 28 days I downloaded 33gb and uploaded 3.8gb of data. So i'm not what you would call a heavy user.

Having good speeds overnight is essential as I rsync data to and from my server and sometimes download server backups etc.
