I am in area 31 near Lichfield and have had total broadband failure since 10 am. I telephoned Virgin to report the fault and was told that the service for several hundred people was down, that the engineers were aware and were working on it. No indication was given as to when the fault would be fixed.
Despite this, the Virginmedia service status for this area shows the broadband service to be 'good'.
No service equals 'good' - brilliant!
