Thinking of moving from Vodafone PAYG but there maybe a snag.
I know I can get a good deal as a VM customer. However I don't want to lump it in with the account for my other VM services and I would rather pay it out of a different account.Would this be possible?

Re: Thinking of moving from Vodafone PAYG but there maybe a snag.
I have 2 mobile contracts and each has its own DD, so I have 3 VM DDs from my account each month. Both mobiles only been up and running since June this year so I doubt it would be a problem to do what you want.
Cheers

As a VM existing member for TV,BB and landline I already have an account with my joint account and I can get a very special deal as a VM customer. What I want to know is can I still get those special offers but pay out of my own solo account?Or do I have to pay with the present account in the joint account.?

Re: Thinking of moving from Vodafone PAYG but there maybe a snag.
You can set it up with a different account to pay it as mobile still bills separately.

When I took out my 'special VM customers only' contracts we agreed the deal, then set up the DD. I recon they would have accepted any bank account.
Mrs Grim has just reminded me that I called VM up to ask if I could pay all 3 on one DD and was told it isn't possible to combine mobile with your TV, phone & BB account.
Hope this helps.

Re: Thinking of moving from Vodafone PAYG but there maybe a snag.
Hi,
I have BB, TV and phone and wish to add a mobile to this account. On the VM web site under all bundles there is an option that seems to fit for £30.99 plus the dreaded £13-90 line rental. When I speak to sales they basicly say the mobile side they have no control over and pass me to mobile sales. They can sell me a phone but cant do anthing with the BB TV Phone side. If I go back to sales they can not talk about mobile, if I then phone retentions they cannot talk about mobile.
So is anybody on this bundle http://shop.virginmedia.com/bundles/...bl-mobile.html and if so do you pay only one bill and how did you get it because I only go round in circles.

So your problem is the opposite of mine. You WANT to pay all out of the same account?Whereas I don't.

Exactly,
I thought about setting up a new thead, but thought people reading this thread would be able to help me too. Have you spoke to VM sales ?
No one has yet come back on this tread to say they are on the bundle.

Mobile is on a different billing system currently. That is why it can't all be on the one bill just now. This will eventually change however.

Yes you can get that bundle for that price but the TV, Broadband and Phone will be billed together and you would get a seperate bill for the Mobile as its on a different system.
