National Geographic HD

For a couple of weeks now national geographic HD has been pixellating so badly its unwatchable,and this morning i turned my box on its missing completely,faults were not much help after running a few checks the lady on the other end said give it 48 hours and it may come back.!

Anybody else having trouble with this channel?

When i have had picture problems i have posted to the Virgin Media Community Forum

They can check the signals to your stb

I now have got nat Geographic HD back on but its so pixellated its unwatchable,i posted on the communtity forums and recieved a reply from someone in the NG5 postcode area to say it was pixellating there too but all other channels were fine,must be a problem vms end i would think.

Must be a local problem in some areas its been pixellating badly on my tv for a couple of weeks now,i thught it might be a signal issue but all other HD channels are fine.

Quick update vm must have done something their end its been back on for about 45 mins now it was pixellating until about 5 mins ago,this has now stopped and the picture is now fine.
