Remote upgrade

I just have a very quick question.

If I request an upgrade from the 30Mb broadband to 50Mb will this require an engineer visit, or can it be done without? I'm in the Leeds area if it's at all relevant.

if you have a superhub then they can upgrade over the phone, if not they will insist on engineer visit to give you a superhub.
