Usage counter

Can somebody recommend a usage counter which I can install on my PC to show how much traffic I have used?

I've been using BitMeter for a while, and it's quite useful

Also NetWorx has been posted in the Freeware Alternative Software Listing and seems to get some pretty good write -ups but I've not tried it yet!

Thanks, I downloaded and installed BitMeter, gives me the info I need. Just one little question, can you reset the stats to zero?
