opening ports problems

how do i open the ports on my virgin superhub, i have recently changed internet provider and am having trouble connecting my ps3 to internet, any ideas?

have you moved to Virgin Media and been given a superhub or did you have a superhub and moved to another provider?

anyways, if you have moved to virgin media you need to go into the hubs settings and disable the firewall and ip flood detection, you also need to place the ps3 in the DMZ and then all your probs will be solved.

If you are using the hub and are with another provider, throw it in the bin and buy yourself a router that actually works
