Sky installation problems, please help!

Hi,

Basically I just want to check whether I am being fobbed off by Sky.

I have recently moved house so moved arranged for my Sky package to be moved to the new property.

The first bloke came round had a look round for half an hour and came to the conclusion that it was a two man job as the dish needed to go on the chimney, therefore they would have to go on the roof. Fair enough I thought so I called sky and re-arranged for the two man team to come back.

I work full time so I had to arrange for my grandmother to come round and let them in. Surprise surprise yet more problems. Only one bloke turned up, went on to the single story flat roof at the back and again said he couldnt get a signal and the only way to resolve this would to pay for someone else to come and do it!!

It's just infuriating! Why would the first bloke say they could go on the roof but the second bloke said he couldn't.

Has anyone else had similar experience. If so it would be really helpful if you could let me know how it was resolved.

Thanks for you time.
