Problems in the Hitchin (SG4) area???

Hi All, Dunno if anyone can help out.

Been having ongoing issues with VM since the 26th May when I reported intermittent outages and terrible performance at peak times; VM level 1 support staff have been useless and even talking to the "team leader" at the Customer support desk was not good....

Was told when reported "we have some serious problems and they should be fixed by 2nd June"; was not happy as this was nearly a week; since then I've spoken to enless useless people who cannot tell me
  1. What is actually wrong (some say "too much noise on the line"; some say "not enough noise on the line" and generally useless!
  2. Any idea what is being done and when It might be fixed?
I'm getting to the point of dumping VM in favor of one of the competitors....

I get decent(ish) speeds when the kids are at school; slower during the later PM and then nowt between about 7 and 11. I've asked if there is a bandwidth problem and no-one would answer.

I'ts now the 8th June and still no progress!

Many thanks

Simon
